Hey!
I used to believe I didn’t have a creative bone in my body. I was relegated to numbers and spreadsheets. But after an intense breakdown, where I felt like my sense of identity was shattered, I decided to build myself into the person I wanted to be instead of the person I was.
It started by putting a piano in Washington Square Park, and asking people to teach me how to play it. That one project led to another and another and another. Now I try to infused creativity and imagination into everything I do, for myself and my clients.
I love working with mission driven companies who have a big footprint and big ideas, but don’t feel like they’re getting the message across. Or maybe they have a huge vision for what they can be, but don’t necessarily understand who they are now.
I take complex ideas and simplify them down, then communicate them to the world in ways that are fun, engaging and informative.
These days you can find me in Brooklyn. When I’m not filming or writing, I’m meditating (currently working through the program outlined by Culadasa in The Mind Illuminated), dancing in my apartment, running in Prospect Park, or cooking a meal with friends. I think everything in this paragraph is enough for me to have a happy life.
Enjoy this bird.
